Lelit Victoria Overview
The Lelit Victoria is a rapid heating single boiler espresso machine that features a number of quality of life tools that make the process of brewing great shots and milk drinks even easier. Its automatic pre-infusion gently pre-wets your coffee before ramping up to full pressure for richer and more evenly extracted shots while the auto-flush will cool the boiler down when you have finished steaming. The Victoria is ready to brew in just minutes and can brew directly into both espresso cups and full sized American mugs, making it a great choice for any kind of coffee drinker.
Features and Benefits
Brew and steam temperature on the Victoria are regulated via a PID controller that actively monitors and corrects for fluctuations. The round OLED display shows no only the set temperature of the boiler, but also allows you to toggle between celsius and fahrenheit, set your desired brew and steam temperatures, and toggle the automatic pre-infusion feature on or off. When changing temperatures, a progress bar displays on the screen to indicate how close you are to your desired final temperature
Unique to the Victoria is the rare inclusion of a fill level probe in the boiler. This allows the Victoria to actively monitor boiler volume to prevent it from running dry and the pump will run upon first-time use to fill the machine. Whenever you switch from steam mode back to brew mode, the pump will run to draw new water into the boiler and purge any remaining steam. The inclusion of a three way solenoid valve allows for backflushing and provides easy to knock out pucks when you’re done brewing.
From a design standpoint the Victoria is wrapped in brushed steel housing and features metal button controls. When brewing, a backlight behind the pressure gauge illuminates to help make each extraction special. Thanks to a removable cup riser the Victoria can accommodate cups up to 4” tall.
